Individual puppy school

We also offer individual puppy school to our customers. This is a great solution if you would like to get one-to-two classes and help and knowledge on having a great life with your dog. It is best to start with our puppy school even before you bring the puppy home. We have gathered a host of materials to support you on various topics, such as how to prepare your home for the puppy, socialization, teaching, etc.

Location

Kullakuu mainly works in Tallinn and Harju County, but we do travel across Estonia from time to time and have met with many lovely customers from Tartu, Pärnu, Viljandi, and Paide, for example. We can successfully combine face-to-face meetings and video consultations to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need.

The Kullakuu puppy school

At Kullakuu Puppy School, we focus a lot on how a person can create a strong and lasting bond with their dog and support them in adapting to the world. Dogs can learn to sit and lie down very quickly, but they often struggle more with getting used to our everyday life, which can lead to problems that dog lovers often turn to us about during the puppy stage.

We have prepared a lot of written material that answers most of the questions people have when living with a puppy. The reading material prepares for life with a dog and provides knowledge on how to behave in various situations.

In Kullakuu Puppy School classes, we focus on real-life situations, learn to understand dog body language, guide and support them in a friendly manner, and teach the puppy how to navigate safely and successfully in this big world.

About the trainer

Our behavior consultant Hedvi advises dog owners daily and sees what issues could be prevented by thoughtfully completing puppy school. The content of Kullakuu puppy school is constantly updated according to the trainer's completed courses and the needs of dog owners.

Our trainer completed a comprehensive puppy training course in 2021 under the guidance of internationally recognized veterinarian Amber Batson, where she gained knowledge about dog development, learning, adaptation, and socialization.
